By train
Aix-en-Provence TGV
High-speed trains arrive at Aix-en-Provence TGV (Gare d’Aix-en-Provence TGV) — about 15 km southwest of the city centre. Book that station specifically; it’s separate from the smaller Aix centre station. From there, a taxi or the local shuttle into town takes around twenty minutes.
From Paris
Direct TGV from Paris Gare de Lyon to Aix-en-Provence TGV — usually around three hours, no changes.
From London
Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord, then across town to Gare de Lyon for the TGV south; or change at Lille Europe and avoid crossing Paris altogether. The fastest journeys take around seven hours to Aix TGV; allow roughly eight hours overall.

Taxis or a rental car if you wish to roam further
If you’re staying in Aix for the wedding weekend, taxis are probably the simplest way to get to and from things — and Uber runs here around the clock. If you’re staying longer than three days and want to explore vineyards and villages beyond town, hiring a car is a lovely option.
